Presence workshop - with posters to print out
Dive into another world!
In the search for creative solutions, a change of perspective is often needed. The workshop posters with metaphorical motifs stimulate imagination, encourage interaction, and contribute to new insights!
- Preparation
- Look at the title and short description of the motifs. Which one matches the topics to be developed in the workshop?
- Download the poster print templates with and without lettering.
- Print out both posters in large format and hang them up in the workshop room.
- Have post-it notes and pens ready.
- Implementation
- At the beginning of the workshop, vote on which of the questions should be worked on using the poster.
- The questions are discussed together. The most important ideas are recorded on Post-It notes and stuck in the appropriate place on the poster.
- The Post-It’s are added to, summarized, rearranged or rephrased until everyone can identify with the result
- Variant for large groups: Break-out session
- Divide the participants into working groups of approx. 3-5 people. Each working group is assigned one or more questions. Alternatively, you can organize the group phase in a “world café” format.
- The questions are discussed in a group work phase (possibly in several rounds). The most important ideas are recorded on Post-It notes.
- The results are presented in the large group by briefly explaining the (most important) Post-It’s and sticking them in an appropriate place on the poster.
- Follow-up
- Take a photo of the result and share it with the participants.
- Optional: Transfer the results to the editable and animated PowerPoint presentation (link)
