Graphic Recording for Change Management and Organizational Development
When an organization is restructured, new processes or tools are introduced, or the corporate strategy is realigned, people must change with it. But how? With the help of visualizations, employees can not only be informed of the necessity of the changes, but also actively involved in the transformation process and help shape it.
In the course of a change management project, there are many opportunities to make a positive contribution to the transformation process through visualizations. For example:
I am familiar with change management and organizational development not only because of the many transformation processes I have accompanied as a graphic recorder: As a former employee of international corporations, I have experienced firsthand what it means to constantly adapt to changing circumstances.
In addition, through my work as an illustrator for the books “Handbuch Prozessberatung” and “Mythos Change”, I have solid theoretical knowledge of all the facets that should be considered in a transformation process.
