This set of cards for use in workshops, counseling and training includes 50 metaphorical images that have often proven their worth when reflecting on complex work situations. An appealing illustration on the front of the card shows people in a team situation, for example on the soccer pitch, chefs in a restaurant or the fire department on duty. The reverse side provides assistance for constructive work with the cards: typical questions, possible picture interpretations, key messages and a simplified illustration of the motif for tracing.
