• In 2016, the discussion surrounding smart technologies dominated the event.
• In 2018, the sinusoidal flow of electricity symbolizes the change from the old, straight structures to a new, complex situation with many participants.
• In 2019, you can see how the entire Swiss energy industry, represented as a circuit board, is fitted with new components and soldered.
• in 2021, a “time/space vortex” symbolizes how various facets of the energy transition have taken off and are heading towards a new “solar age”.
• 2022 shows a well-filled “innovation pipeline” in a world characterized by gas shortages and high electricity prices. European legislation is leading the way in the expansion of the innovation pipeline.
• The picture in 2023 shows how intelligent control and new storage capacities will ensure that decentralized electricity generation and rising electricity consumption are kept in balance.
