Motivational Needs Compass
Jochen Willerscheidt has developed a reflection module that supports psychodynamic relationship work in counseling, supervision, coaching and therapy. To this end, the various need systems were described on different levels and made accessible using typical sentences and metaphors.
I have illustrated each “need system” with one joyful and one sorrowful manifestation. I also took on the graphic design of the “compass”.
