In the manufacture of medicinal products, the Qualified Person or the competent person decides on the release of the individual product batches. “At the end of literally all quality-relevant processes, all fingers always point in the direction of the Qualified Person. This is a responsibility that should not be underestimated, not only because of liability issues, but also because of the need to ensure and maintain the highest level in all sub-disciplines of quality management.”

The information from the presentations and Q&A sessions was captured on a large picture. A “multi-armed” figure shows the fields of activity of the QP. From process validation, product release, supplier audits and documentation to communication with the authorities.

Participants and interested parties can download the final image from the organizer’s website or order it as a poster.
