Graphic Recording for Universities & Research
There are three different contexts or application scenarios for visualization at universities and research institutes:
Most research projects often involve several partners and sponsors who bring different interests and knowledge. A visualization of the researched system or a target image for the solution to be developed contributes to a common understanding of all those involved.
For example, I have created graphic recordings and target images for the following research topics:
Information that is conveyed not only through words but also with images is easier to understand and is better remembered. I have therefore given visualization training at various educational institutions to enable lecturers to illustrate the teaching material with simple images. More on this under “Visualization Training”.
The education system, universities and research institutes are complex organizations with multi-layered process flows that can be better understood, designed and controlled through visualizations.
