PAX Delegate Assembly

Context

Pax is organized as a cooperative. This means that all customers are also members of the cooperative and therefore share in Pax’s economic success. There is a regular and transparent exchange with their representatives, the delegates. The annual delegates’ meeting is central to this.

Order

My contribution to the day was threefold:

1. Participants were able to contribute their ideas at a stand on the question “What does your age anticipation look like?”. I visualized these live. The basic structure for the picture was a life path in three sections (in the background), just like the customer journey (in the foreground)
2. A visualization of the PAX sustainability strategy was developed in advance together with Asset Management. This was presented to the cooperative members at a different stand.
3. An important tool for the sustainability strategy is the classification of assets in a so-called “Sustainable Development Goals Matrix”. I have produced a visualization with magnetic elements to explain the principle and give participants the opportunity to make their own assessment.
