E-Invoicing Exchange Summit

The international Conference

The E-Invoicing Exchange Summit is an annual event with topics ranging from legislative changes to new tax reporting requirements up to real-time e invoicing requirements via government platforms. Further subjects of debate include the harmonization of different initiatives towards a truly global interoperability framework.

The Graphic Recordings

In three occasions I created a live visual protocol of the presentations and discussions.

• 2020 in Vienna: I visualized the ambition of developing a global interoperable framework as a moonshot project.
• 2023 in Dublin: In the spirit of the evening program, the E-invoicing process is visualized with the metaphor of a whiskey distillery factory tour.
• 2024 in Prague: Bridges connect supplier and buyer in all stages of the purchasing process. Starting with the offer, via the order confirmation, delivery and e-invoicing, down to payment and tax reporting.

The pictures are presented at the end of the conference to summarize the two previous days. The graphic recording can be downloaded from the event’s webpage.
